Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee

A 50% booking fee is required for all overnight services.

The booking fee must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your contract in order to reserve your dates.

Your booking is not considered confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due within 24 hours after services are completed, unless different payment arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Cancellations

Because overnight bookings reserve specific dates that can no longer be offered to another client, the following cancellation charges apply in addition to the non-refundable booking fee:

7 or more days before the start of service:
      75% of the remaining balance is due.

Within 72 hours of the start of service:
    85% of the remaining balance is due.

Within 24 hours of the start of service:
    100% of the remaining balance is due.

Payment Methods

Payment may be made by cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo.
